Richard is the Technical Director at Datum Alloys. He joined Datum in April 2019 bringing his wealth of engineering and manufacturing knowledge to the team. With a background in Aerospace manufacturing, he has extensive experience working with leading global engine manufacturers, developing, and improving the turbine blade manufacture process.

Richard started his engineering career as an engineering apprentice, working his way up to, Engineer, Senior Engineer, Engineering Manager and now Technical Director. Richard is a logical thinker with a passion for continuous Improvement and a valued member of the team.
